This website, "www.realestateintamilnadu.com", (hereinafter referred to as " Real Estate in Tamilnadu ") is owned, hosted and operated by RCTECH LLC, a creative web solutions company.

Definitions

The term 'authorized user' would include any person, whether an individual or a legal entity who has subscribed to the services of "Real Estate in Tamilnadu", and to whom the access is restricted by the use of a sign in user name and a password. The user name and password are chosen by the user or agreed upon by "Real Estate in Tamilnadu". It is made abundantly clear that only the authorised user has the right to access the services so offered by "Real Estate in Tamilnadu".

The terms 'User' and 'customer' would include both the authorized and unauthorized user(s)

The terms would include to mean the search tools through which the user can search through the hosted databases and information using a number of search tools that are present with a selection matching their search criteria. Users then select one or more of the items presented to view the full document/ record. The term service does not extend to " Real Estate in Tamilnadu " acting as an agent either express or implied on behalf of any user/customer

3. REGISTRATION The Products and Services will require the user to register and provide certain personally identifiable user information. In providing the data, (a)you represent and about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete as required by the registration form and (b) you will maintain and promptly update the Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" has the right to suspend or terminate your member service and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.


5. MEMBER CONDUCT Upon registering, you will receive a "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" Password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log off from your account at the end of each session. "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with this requirement. All information, data, text, sound, images, graphics, messages, files, or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. Ø upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail,chain letters,pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;

Ø upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

Ø disrupt the normal flow of dialogue or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;

Ø interfere with or disrupt the "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" Products and Services or servers or networks connected to the "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" Services;

Ø intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; or otherwise harass another member or user of the "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" Services or collect or store personal data about other users, or members.

6. USER CONTENT By submitting company information or any other Data on "Real Estate in Tamilnadu", you grant "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create compilations, and distribute such information, and any associated Content, for the purposes of publishing and promotion. Such license shall apply with respect to any form of media or technology now known or later developed. 8. GOVERNING LAW AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS TERMS These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India , without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or Supreme courts in India and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and "Real Estate in Tamilnadu" relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified by you except in writing, signed by both parties. The Terms of Use will inure to the benefit of "Real Estate in Tamilnadu"'s successors, assigns and licensees.
